Casper76
I am not sure when it first occurred but a customer attempted to login today to renew their domain and they received the below message: Warning: main(../init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hawkesb2/public_html/myaccount/dologin.php on line 0 Warning: main(../init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hawkesb2/public_html/myaccount/dologin.php on line 0 Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/hawkesb2/public_html/myaccount/dologin.php on line 0 I then opened the dologin.php file and it appears I have corrupted it, as I am getting the error: The file /home/hawkesb2/public_html/myaccount/dologin.php is corrupted. Is it possible to regenerate this file? Thanks Brett
Infopro
You should be able to download the WHMCS package from the members area that has that file in it easy enough.
TekStorm Inc - James
Assuming that the myaccount folder is the WHMCS root, have you uploaded the fix for 5077 recently? If so, you may have uploaded dologin.php to the WHMCS root instead of to its admin/ folder.
Casper76
I have managed to restore the corrupted file. I am now back to the original error (below). It appears the error may have started occurring as a result of installing the latest version 5.3.9. Warning: main(../init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hawkesb2/public_html/myaccount/dologin.php on line 0 Warning: main(../init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/hawkesb2/public_html/myaccount/dologin.php on line 0 Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/hawkesb2/public_html/myaccount/dologin.php on line 0

SteveR
Thanks, I downloaded WHMCS V5.3.8 and copied the dologin.php file from this install. This has resolved my issue. It seems my users have been unable to log in since the 5.3.9 update. Returning to the V5.3.8 version of dologin.php fixed it for me too. Thanks!
