Users have 2h less than admin when reply tickets

Hello! when some user reply a ticket, his time it's set 2h less than the admin, so if for example I ask anything at 12:00 and he inmediatly reply, I get his reply up mine, at 10:00

 

I'm looking where I can change/fix this but I don't see any option to, never it happend before.

 

The only thing I changed in the last days was the server, I move to another because the hard disk broke.

 

Any Ideas? I also sent a support ticket.
