WHMCS Nate
Hello, I think this really needs to be a support ticket. How the sync script connects to the specific registrar you are using and how many domains you are trying to get information about. Investigating specific environment details is best done by our support team. Please open a ticket with them. Nate C
faisal
From the day I post this topic until now I don't have any incomplete Domain Sync Cron! As I say it happen sometime only! and I know about it when server load go up, so Do I still need to open a ticket?
WHMCS Nate
Faisal, You can either open a ticket when you have a looping process to investigate, or you can continue to live with it. Intermittent issues like this are really difficult to debug and track down, but its something our support team has experience doing. If you want to listen to the advice of the community here, this thread makes a lot more sense in the Technical Issues forum then the bug report. For a bug report you need specific reproduction steps, it does not sound like you have those right now. Have a good day, Nate C
