Jordan
Meh, I don't like seeing templates with hosting companies. You should really look for a designer/firm that will do one for you. This is probably not in your budget since you are free, but I've loved the work that http://loadingdeck.com has done before. Though he boasts XHTML/CSS, I've seen a lot of his designs that have used tables for the entire site. I don't know if he still does that though.
Nordevco
If you are starting a hosting company, I would consider having a design created for you as Jordan mentions. It's an investment. People like to know you are investing in your company and presentation is important. I'm not going to say any company that has a freebie design won't be successful, but if you invested in WHMCS, why not present your company in a professional way too with a unique design? Just my 2 cents for what it's worth
esl
templatemonster.com I like them. Although they are templates, they can be nicely customized and given a personal touch.
DataHosts
templatemonster.com I like them. Although they are templates, they can be nicely customized and given a personal touch. Yes, but they are not unique, and that is saying something about your company. Uniqueness is what catches the eye... My opinion
Jordan
I completely agree with datahosts--I like seeing original and unique designs. If I see anything with flash and/or your basic obligatory template wireframe, I don't even bother looking at anything else. I'll leave the website.
nowares
templatemonster.com SUCKS! they use non-valid code, charge too much, support sucks.... please look elsewhere, there are plenty of free templates, try googling "css templates" or "web 2.0 templates"

I made my own basic theme, nothing to special because I'm not really a designer. It's got a lot of images to engage the user.
mylove4life
I might be interested in selling mine with domain name if you want to spend around 500 for it. It's a AWBS site template that I had made for 2k back a year ago.

I have a few templates you may steal from me. I also have one that is converted into WHMCS I will give the template for free but the convert to WHMCS for the same price I paid for to have it converted.
Baja
You could find plenty of nice templates by searching for them like OP suggested. But then again unless you get permission to remove their "credit" link you are stuck with everyone knowing you didn't design your site. A small price to pay if your lacking funds. But then do yourself a huge favor in the future and have one done up custom when you can afford it as suggested. Another note. If I am a web designer and I come to you for hosting I would like to know your design is not something I myself can buy or download for free. Eventually when these designers (if new to the field) learn a bit about whats going on you will loose credibility and possibly them too.
arcdigital
Yeah, get a custom design. You'll love it A LOT more! I just spent $480 for a custom design, coded/valid with a custom logo. It's gonna be great.
