Problem with "Mail Delivery System"

The same e-mail that i use on WHMCS is the one that i use on the support center. I'm having some problems when an e-mail is send to an address that doens't exist or that causes some error.


When this happens Mail Delivery System returns the error and start creating new tickets.


I found out this morning more than 400 opened tickets.


Is it possible to avoid this?
