Hi all.

Ive done a bit of research and unable to find any fixes, I'm trying to use the "files" section under client to upload documents that i have sent to the client.

I'm trying to upload a proposal PDF.

When i try all i get is "Invalid Token"

anything in the Activity Log that gives further info?

utilities -> logs -> activity log

are you using the latest whmcs version, v5.3.8 ? I can recall some invalid token issues with older releases, but not so many with the recent ones...

are the folder permissions set correctly on the attachments folder?

if you've moved it out of the whmcs folder, have you updated your configuration.php file?

Hi Brian,

Nothing in the Activity Log in relation to the uploads , I've tried again and still doest work and nothing new in the logs.

I was using 5.3.7 just upgraded to 5.3.8 General Release - Still the same issue.

Ive not moved the attachments folder currently set to 777 though... is that right?

it's interesting that there is nothing in the log about the uploads - there should be.

just to make sure you're doing this right, you are trying to upload the file in the admin area by selecting the appropriate client, and clicking the "Add File" section in the "Files" block of their profile summary?

have you tried uploading any other files apart from this PDF ?

Thats what i was doing...

Ive done a little more testing and added various other files with no issues. Ive also exported the PDF again using pages to a lower quality and its uploaded. The first file was 11MB the new one is 675KB (although at a much lower quality which is not good if i need to use it again). So it would appear its to do with file size. Interestingly it doesn't state anything about that in the documentation...

Would appear its a WHMCS limitation as my php.ini file is set to "upload_max_filesize" as 200MB...
