Support ticket "Related Services" dropdown selection doesn't show in the ticket

When clients open a ticket, there is a dropdown menu asking them to select the related service their question is about.

 

I can't find this related services info anywhere in the admin area when I go to answer a ticket. What am I missing? Where is their selection in the "Related Services" stored?
