I am getting too much of spam emails ..around 800 support emails every day and this is very annoying ot me and my staff please see the screenshot I know whmcs spam control but it is not helpful because ip , senders email and phrases are different everytime i also used spam assasin in cpanel .. but with no luck if you observe the screenshot - all subjects starts with # symbol - submitter name has common spam words like viagra , pills , cialis is there any way to create a rule so that all emails which has # in subject and the so called words in submitter name can be blocked or any other way you can assist .. i will be very thankful 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Have you tried adjusting your spamassassin configuration or tried other anti-spam software to see if that protects you better? You can try adding spam filters in WHMCS also filtering subjects, senders and phrases. durangod Posted June 29, 2014 Share Posted June 29, 2014 why not put your support ticket behind the login so that only active clients can submit a ticket. On the outside for non members just have a simple general or pre sales option for someone to fill out..
