idwpub
I noticed that as new orders are placed, they are held as pending orders. Is there a addon or fix that will automatically process orders.. instead of leaving them for manual approval?
WHMCS Ryan
Hello idwpub, You may want to go into your settings and check to see if "Tick this box to always leave orders by new clients pending for manual review (no auto setup/registration)" is checked. Go to Setup --> General Settings --> Ordering. If this is checked every new order will be set to pending for manual approval. --Thanks

brian!
I suspect that it does this by design rather than being a problem... http://docs.whmcs.com/Order_Management#Accepting_Pending_Orders Whenever an order is placed in WHMCS, it comes in as a pending order. To view pending orders, go to Orders > List Pending Orders and click the Order ID. From there you can accept or deny the order. Even if you have auto activation enabled, then while the products and services in that order may be automatically provisioned and delivered to the customer, the order status will remain pending until you manually confirm it. This is so that you can always see and review the new orders you've had and be able to manually review, check for fraud, problems, etc... I think that checkbox is more for preventing auto activation/registration for new customers rather than accepting the order automatically. however, there is an addon available from the appstore that will auto accept orders... http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?88594-Auto-Accept-Orders-for-WHMCS
