Question about WHMCS Helpedsk Module

Hello,

 

I'm wondering if it is possible to have one user for a specific copmany (out of 30 or so) that is a "helpdesk observer" -- that can see the status and details of all tickets in whmcs.

 

What I'm trying to accomplish is to have one user at my client's office who is the the internal staff have access to all active tickets so they can check the status of outstanding jobs, whereas the other users (the users who log the support tickets) can only see their own.

 

Is this possible?
