PayPal IPN Broken after Moving WHMCS

I recently moved my WHMCS installation to a new domain. I've gone through and updated all settings in WHMCS and Paypal accordingly. However on existing subscriptions the PayPal IPN is using the old URL for the Notification URL (i.e. http://client.bluegrassITSERVICES.com/modules/gateways/callback/paypal.php).

I have updated the IPN settings in my PayPal account to reflect the new URL (i.e. http://client.bluegrasswebworks.com/modules/gateways/callback/paypal.php). Payments are made, however WHMCS does not issue a "PAID" invoice and mark the account current.

PayPal support says it's a WHMCS issue as they are passing the wrong IPN Notification URL.

Any ideas how to resolve?

you need to set new WHMCS installation URL in Paypal IPN settings like the image below

Yes, I've done that. I change IPN URL in the PayPal settings. Existing subscriptions ignore the setting. PayPal support has told me that WHMCS is passing in the old URL to the IPN Notification. I can see the old URL in the IPN history and I also see where PayPal is trying to resend to the old URL.

How can I change the old URL in existing subscriptions?

Ok, I have a temporary workaround for the issue. At least until I can have all the customers to resubscribe. I setup a * "Wildcard Redirect" for the folder that contains the paypal.php listener. It redirects to the new domain URL.

Several payments came in this morning via recurring payments in PayPal and all worked normally. "PAID" invoices were sent out with all the correct info and the accounts in WHMCS were updated correctly also.
