How to integrate a Articles of Knowledgebase page with Wordpress?

I set a articles of knowledgebase in WHMCS already and a Categories of Knowledgebase are visible on the client area and I try to click its but errors. (not redirect to content and article pages)

 

I don't understand, why its's not redirect to content pages?

maybe you need to check your .htaccess file, i think you activate the Knowledgebase SEO URLs but your .htaccess does not exist

I rename it already but still errors.

I don't understand about it.

I ask to support's WHMCS that not yet to answer or suggestion for long time.

Can you suggest me other solutions?
