D9Hosting Posted May 29, 2014 Share Posted May 29, 2014 We've noticed that since upgrading to v5.3.7 no data is being reported in the ticket feedback scores report, so we checked it out and found that the links that are being sent out to customers to submit feedback just lead to an empty page.
