Invoices Due in next 3 or X months

Is there a way to have a look at what invoices are likely to be raised in the next 3 months across all clients. Hada look and can't see anything but I would love to be able to do this.

you could try looking at the calendar - calendar.php and enabling the checkboxes...

i must admit I had skipped the idea of using the calendar and did not notice the checkboxes but stumbled on them and this would be great if I could have it looking at the next 3 months say. Ideal layout for me would be a report that would say the following activities are expected in the next 3 months so we can skip into the report have a look to see if there is anything that either ties in with our other work or that we should be aware of.

 

We can get by with skipping the next couple of months on the calendar but it will get very noisy and was hoping for a report type layout if there is one out there or a pointer in the direction of how one may be created?

the Income Forecast report might be a good place to start... that totals the future renewals you are after... then its just a case of splitting it into the services... perhaps if you're lucky, you might be able to use a modified version of the transaction report sql..

 

in any event, the reports are encrypted - so the solution is working out the appropriate sql query and then outputting it.
