Empty Cart

I have searched the forum for this but the answers are like from 2008. So I thought I would ask the question.

 

I have added all the products to the WHMCS but when I go to the cart all I see is headings and no products??

 

Any one have any ideas? or point me in the right direction

a screenshot or link would help... it could be the template design, could be pricing isn't setup correctly - could be many things, but it would help to see what you're seeing.

I think that you haven't added any prices to your domains and products...

when your domains and products have prices, then they should appear in your cart.

Thanks yes you are half right the USD option was selected and there was no pricing in the USD fields. There was in the AUD fields.

 

Although I used AUD I also need to fill out the USD field do I?

 

Is there an option to keep only one currency - ie AUD??

if you want to sell using USD then yes - though you can get whmcs to autofill the prices for other currencies, based on their exchange rate, by pressing the "Update Product Prices" in the Currency page in the admin area.

yes, you just rename one of the currencies - in your case, choose the one where you've already entered your Australian prices and then delete the other currencies.
