All TLDs reported invalid, and nothing showing in dropdown on "register domain" page

Hi,

Hoping someone can help with this, I've been tearing my hair out all morning with it!

No matter what settings I make in the admin area, I don't seem to be able to get WHMCS to recognise any TLDs as valid. I have done a lot of googling and followed quite a few guides, but nothing seems to work - attempting to register a domain (through either the client or admin interfaces) gives an error (".COM is not a valid TLD. Please try again." in client, and "Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration" in admin).

I have set up pricing as shown here:

and the TLDs are showing up in the Bulk Check TLDs box in General->Domains, as shown here:

but still I the system doesn't recognise any TLDs, and (perhaps tellingly?) the dropdown in this screen does not list any TLDs:

I've done everything else I could find in the various guides I've followed, but still no joy. Does anyone have any insight into what I've done wrong here?

Many thanks,

Ross

Many thanks, This particular issue is now resolved :)

Interestingly, clearing my caches did not work - it wasn't until I deleted my browser's session cookies as well that the issue was resolved.

Thanks again,

Ross
