Tonya Posted April 29, 2014 Share Posted April 29, 2014 Hello! We have a bit of a problem. For addons (like extra traffic, ip addresses, etc) there is no VAT added to the invoice (for EU citizens). So right now, we have to keep an eye for such invoices and change them manually. Did anybody experience similar problems? I am looking forward to hearing to your solutions/comments. CCSupport Posted April 29, 2014 Share Posted April 29, 2014 The only place I know where you specify if addons get taxed are within the config per addon. You need to check that you have ticked the box within the addon configuration which says 'Tax Addon Charge tax on this addon' So, go to Setup > Product/Services > Product Addons.
