xWebhost
Hello, when I place an order on my webhost for any package I get to the part where you choose a new domain or use exisitng or use a sub domain and I choose one of them it will then start the loading but it won't go past that.... the loading bar just loads and loads.... please can someone help. For an example go to: http://x-web-host.com/billing/cart.php Click on any of the packages and try to place an order. It seems as if domainchecker file is corrupt or I must have done something wrong... Thanks in advance!

brian!
seems to be working fine to me - are you still seeing the issue?
xWebhost
I removed the ability of domains... that is where the problem is. I just added the domain part of the order back. please go try again Brian
brian!
domainchecker seems to be fine as registering domains seems to get past the first step without an issue. it wasn't working at first, but now is - so I assume you changed something.

xWebhost
It still doesn't work for me..... I don't understand it http://screencast-o-matic.com/u/VNmp/WHMissue that's the issue I am getting.....
brian!
that's what I saw sometimes at your site, then a few minutes later it would work - I assumed you were doing something in the background that fixed it. as domainchecker & adddomain is working, I think the domain pricing is not the issue I would try other order form templates to see if this is just a template conflict, or something more profound... perhaps switching from portal to default too... i'm assuming that you haven't modified the existing comparison template in any way? if that doesn't highlight the issue, then I would go back to basics and enter the products again.... perhaps just one to start off with, but following the procedure detailed below: http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services
xWebhost
I have tried all the order form templates and have also tried portal default and classic. I have re-done the products exactly following the docs you provided but still no luck.... I am totally stumped, Could anyone offer support via skype or team viewer? Would greatly appreciate it! thanks.
mlew2
I tried again this morning and noticed it might be something to do with your configuration for new orders, haven't dug deeply but step 4 or 5 seems to be the issue. Now I do not know the fix but that is the spot to look into with your files.
brian!
I have tried all the order form templates and have also tried portal default and classic. did you empty your template cache before switching? if I try your site as it is set up now, it doesn't work... ... but if I pass a new template in the link, while it doesn't use that template (because you will have defined it to use a specific one in your product group settings), it does make the cart process work... same occurs in IE, FF and Chrome. http://x-web-host.com/billing/cart.php?carttpl=modern http://prntscr.com/3dadpp even if you pass carttpl=comparison in the link, or close/reopen the browser, it will continue working... as mlew2 says, i'm not sure where that gets us... although, hopefully emptying the template cache will help you to see what i'm now seeing.
mlew2
Well Brian you got further then I did using an "existing" domain unless I got it because it wasn't an actual domain, will check back to see if this gets fixed and how it does.
