Awaiting Validation for support ticket is shown where?

hi there, when a client opens a support ticket and selects a product from the related services.

where is that listed on the support ticket in the admin. as every time i view a ticket and the client has selected a related service. i see it listed no where. the same with my test tickets.

anyone know? thanks in advance

In the WHMCS admin panel, the product/service would be displayed just above the clients opening ticket message (or below the Admin reply box). If they have more than one product, the one they selected would be highlighted.

 

I'm not sure if that's what you meant as the title of this thread doesn't really make sense with your question above (doesn't make sense to me, anyway).
