greghl
I just added a .co.uk that was originally registered with eNom outside of WHMCS to our system for auto-renewal - I decided to just hit the "renew" button - it produced an error. Next, I noticed the addresses on the contacts were out of date - so I thought I'd update those - changed the contacts, hit OK - error. WHMCS 5.2.16: Action: renew .co.uk Error: Domain Renewal FailedThis is an active domain, hence no need to renew it. ?? Do we need to wait until it expires to renew it? Action: Update contacts for .co.uk Reason: registrant changed address Error: Registrar Errorregistered_for:Not Specified:Required value not specified ?? Where is no registered for field visible on the contacts page - this domain was originally registered via eNom through out account - can it be added/managed in WHMCS?
brian!
I think there may be an on-going issue with Enom / WHMCS and .uk domains... http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?81779-Updating-UK-names-since-upgrade-to-5-2-12
