I already sent you the login information 2 days ago, and no solution nor answer from WHMCS support staff. I never got a notification from your server to let me know you responded, so no, I didn't know. Now that we've clarified your insinuation that I've posted this on your forum "knowing that you responded", in other words that I am a liar, let's proceed with the issue. Why you didn't get an email notification on response by Technical Support, I can't explain. I can tell you though, as already mentioned, you just updated the ticket, and an updated reply is forthcoming. If you're unsure why no email response came as well, you might look in on the ticket via the ticket system to see if its been updated. Someone on the forums might have an answer for you, so, I linked your other thread here as they are related. Not sure where you'd get that I was calling you a liar, but that's simply not the case.
