buck415
Hi everyone. I'm new to setting up WHMCS. The other day I happened across a command that allowed me as admin to view an invoice as the client. I thought it was a useful feature, and I need to use it again... but I can't seem to locate the command. I guess I'm just overwhelmed right now with all of the new information. Where do I view the invoice as client through the admin panel? Thanks, Buck
brian!
Buck, if you mean viewing the pdf invoices, you can do that through either billing -> invoices; or choosing a client and clicking their "invoice" tab. also, if you're logged in as admin, you can visit the client area, login using their email address (no need to use their password) and you can view their invoices via that method. buck415
Hi Brian. Ah, that answered my questions. I wanted to be able to see the browser-generated invoice that would allow them to click through to PayPal. I did not know that I could log in as the client without their password if I was logged in as admin -- that gives me access to exactly what I needed to see. Thank you, Buck
Troy
You may not have noticed the "Login as Client" link on the client summary page--that's a quick and easy way to get there from the admin.
buck415
Hi Troy. I did miss that -- that's exactly the command I was looking for. I'm just overwhelmed with new information and it's taking a few days to get accustomed to where everything is located. Thank you.
