Domain registration was perfect working in previous version.

Twice after the update to v5.3.3 it failed to register a domain name for a customer.

I am getting so tired of this, are you guy's uberhaupt testing in real life situations???

Why the heck you recommend we should update because things are improved,

so far the last year is nothing but trouble, hacks and coding issues.

For heaven sakes, don't bring out any updates without testing, your WORSE then M$$$$

Ticket response is more then 24 hours, so useless to make a ticket.

Any one here in the forum knows what is wrong this time, so I could fix it myself???

Thanks for your reply,

By comparing the /modules/registrars, I found i have 3 more folders, what about that?

Are they safe to delete?

/distributeit

/planetdomains

/tppinternet

Uploading the files only and in binary mode?

I am using filezilla.

hmm - i've got the same three! they must be old ones as they weren't in the v5.3.3 download..

reading the v5.2.3 changelog... http://docs.whmcs.com/Changelog:WHMCS_V5.2

Case #1817 - Added TPP Wholesale Domain Registrar Module which replaces DistributeIT, PlanetDomain & TPPInternet

I used filezilla in binary mode as well, but I drag whole folders across... take a backup of the site, template edits etc.

Nothing in any of the change logs about that we need to remove the old registrars by hand

WHMcs finally admitted it is a bug and it will be merged in new release...

So, what you think can we remove those same like fo the new classes?

have you seen that they have changed/moved the classes to a new folder?

/includes/classes/WHMCS

But the installer is NOT removing the files in includes/classes/...

Just wonder if your problem would be solved by removing the files?

Example:

old:

includes/classes/class.2fa.php

new:

/includes/classes/WHMCS/2FA.php
