Since updating to the latest version, when I click addons, I get the normal loading, then the random selection. Clicking down the list all is well until i click on Action Hooks, then i get a message saying 'No Matches Found'. Nothing else in the list works except Reports. All the others coming up with the same error message. I have repaired the database etc, but nothing seems to change it. I have put on error reporting, but not reports.
