Plesk 8.1.1 (Win) Automation error

Hi guys,

 

i created plesk control panel Client/Domain template and added whm products settings.

 

but order products and complete payment WHM not open host is same error

 

Server Command Error

1014 - Parser error: Cannot parse the XML from the source specified

Do you have a root Plesk reseller account with complete server access? Also which Plesk module are you trying:

i using plesk admin login and password.

 

Result:

i using plesk root reseller account and password.

Plesk Reseller id 1 and Ability to use remote XML interface checked.

 

Result

Server Command Success

Account Created Successfully

 

but i checked plesk account not found.

Have you got any foreign characters in the clients profile in WHMCS that you are setting up the account for?

Matt has a valid point, we get the same XML error with our Plesk integration if the company name has an "&" in, e.g. the client's company name is:

 

"James & Sons" fails, when we replace it with:

"James and Sons" we don't get the error any more.
