Email template creation area for Affiliates not listed

Hello,

 

In my installation, I only have the following in my template type drop down:

 

General

Product

Domain

Invoice

 

This is a bit difficult since I want to send affiliate marketing emails to my customers, but cannot since none of the four areas list affiliate tags available to the message.

 

I tried creating a message in General using Affiliate tags, but was not successful.. Once the email was recieved, nothing was listed where the affiliate tag was located in the email. Just a blank space.

 

Will this oversight be corrected any time soon?

Hi Roger,

 

this is not a feature i'm overly familiar with, but one option might be to go to the Admin Area...

 

Clients -> Manage Affiliates

 

you should then see a list of your affiliates... if you check the box next to the ones you want to email, and then press "Send Message", you might be able to use this to send your emails.
