imtiax
Hi, I've been using WHMCS for over a year now, and have always had this one issue that annoyed me. For the PayPal payment gateway, if you do not use your PayPal's main email (the email you registered your PP account with), the payments you receive will not get marked as paid. In other words, if you add any additional emails to your Paypal (You can add additional emails on PayPal by going to Profile > Add or Edit Email) and use that additional email in your WHMCS for PayPal, it will not mark payments as paid when you receive them. If you use your PayPal's main email in the Payment Gateway setting for PayPal, the payments get marked as paid just fine. Does anyone have a solution to get this working? vec
I think that's something with Paypal itself, not WHMCS.. I don't believe there is anything you can do.

PWPH
In the WHMCS PayPal section I found it best to list all email addresses associated with my PayPal account. Example: admin@domain.com, info@webdomain.net, webmaster@domain.com.au, etc This issue has been around for years in WHMCS.
TekStorm Inc - James
When listing multiple e-mail addresses in the PayPal gateway within WHMCS, payments will be accepted for IPN notifications from any of them. However, when new payments are made, the first address listed will be the one used by WHMCS.
