MasL
Hello, I've been having problems setting up our WHMCS, firstly WHMCS generates overdue invoices when the payment was paid yesterday, It is really annoying and whenever I just delete the invoice it generates it again. Is there a permanent solution to this problem. I was wondering how we could complete automated setup of hosting, what I am trying to say is that i'd like it so there is a section where a domain name is entered and WHMCS will take that domain name a generate a username and login for their cPanel. At the moment we have to do it manually and we have a custom required field where we ask for their domain name and we use that as their username etc. but is there a way to do it automatically so when the person enters it during purchase it sets their details up? Finally, it's really off topic but I'm trying to get my Live Chat software to work on the WHMCS pages, not just our html pages. Do I have to go and edit the php files, and what ones? Kind Regards, Mas L Edited January 6, 2014 by MasL

MasL
That doesn't really solve the livechat issue however.

MasL
Will that live chat addon support Pure chat or just Star develop Live help? Kind Regards, Mas
brian!
that live chat addon is just a licensed version of the Star Develop product... it comes with a fee! you'd have to manually add pure chat yourself to the header or footer template (probably footer.tpl)... I might have a go at adding purechat to our site, but I won't get a chance to do so until Thursday - so if you figure it out, let me know... but I would imagine it should be very easy to add it.
