Looking to hire out custom module/action hook

I have a API that I need via cURL through POST to send: action, domain, username, password, first name, last name and phone number.

 

action will be either (string)"activate" or (string)"deactivate"

and the response will be (string)"true" or (string)"false"

 

Any of these can be changed at the developers request.

 

I would like it to create a table in the database, and then send that information via POST to the API I have created. I can give full details to anyone interested in doing this. Each customer may have multiple domains for their account, and there are 3 packages:

 

1. Standard

2. Business

3. Managed

 

Although these packages does not have any effect on the API.
