rsdave Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 Dear WHMCS community, I've just recently engaged into WHMCS and I am very pleased with this software and it's great functionalities. One thing though that I've noticed that I've noticed though is that the "Choose Currency" option within the registration area is not working. I've made several test registrations with different currency options, however if I am to check in the back-end the default's users currency is always set to USD. Is this a known issue or is there any work-around available to have this problem resolved? Some insight would be greatly appreciated. Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 using 5.2.14, I've just registered a test account on our WHMCS and selected Euro as their currency - if I check their profile via the admin area, they are correctly assigned the Euro currency. it's difficult to say what might be causing your issue - perhaps currencies are setup correctly, or there's an issue with the order form. on a semi-related topic - don't forget that after a client makes their initial purchase, you cannot change their currency. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
