exclude if domain exist on local database

I created a specific email service (in italian market is a type of certification email), this service is linked also to domains that exist in customer database, I need that this product require of select a domain name for complete order but the problem is that any customer they already the domain active like registration or with hosting and whmcs in check domain step stop user in order, I can bypass this check?

This is check that I need of exclude for specific product: "This domain already exists in our database so cannot be ordered again"

Turn off the 'requires domain' option and add a custom field to the product

ok, but the product can provide also with new registration domain.

 

I should create two products version, first without requie domain and with custom field for exists internal domain, second without custom field but with domain required for all customers that need register a new domain with this service
