taim Posted December 1, 2013 Share Posted December 1, 2013 Hello, I have recently installed whmcs 5.2.14 downloaded from my web hosting provider. After I complete the installation, I tried logging in to the admin panel, but I wasn't able to login even username and password was correct. Now it's just saying that wrong password, and bans me after 3 unsuccessful attempts. I used the "Forget your password" link, but after I enter my email address, it redirects to the next page where there is nothing (as shown in the screenshot). I have also tried to change my password using PHPMyAdmin, was that method was also useless. Now I'm wondering how can I login to my admin panel.
