File not found. Please contact support.

Since the upgrade to 5.2.13 I have the following issues

 

1. I get the following error when i try to download any attachment in the ticket system "File not found. Please contact support."

 

I have checked the path in the configuration file and this is correct yet the file isn't in the directory.

 

Also i have noticed when i click on the clear template cache in the Cleanup Operations i get the following error "Invalid file. Please contact support."

 

Is anyone else having this issue?

 

As stated in the config file all paths are correct so i wonder where the files have been stored.
