I have solved this problem now, but have noticed another.

I am using HeartInternet as my reseller, and have setup the API's correctly but when a customer logs into WHMCS and views the service there are buttons that dont do anything when pressed, and to access the client panel you have to open in a new tab.

The buttons I have outlined on the screenshots are the ones that do not do anything when pressed.

it might be useful to say what the solution was in case someone else later has a similar issue -i'm assuming it was a css issue.

i'm not a HI reseller, but my first thought would be to empty templates_c (apart from the index.php file) and/or clear your browser cache.

Hello,

The problem appears to be where I've added the following to my footer.tpl because the links in the client area wasnt working before, and a guy recommended I added this.

<script type="text/javascript" src="templates/FastHosting/js/bootstrap.js"></script>

Doing this fixes the links in the client panel, but if i go into a clients services, the links appear to not work there.
