gigagator
Hello, Kinda not sure how to explain this, but the text fields have shrunk on my WHMCS. Here is a screenshot so you know what I mean: http://gyazo.com/eac9e6e6cf3449a2f6b7952ee2e4a4ae.png I don't remember changing anything. Cheers
gigagator
I have solved this problem now, but have noticed another. I am using HeartInternet as my reseller, and have setup the API's correctly but when a customer logs into WHMCS and views the service there are buttons that dont do anything when pressed, and to access the client panel you have to open in a new tab. Screenshot: The buttons I have outlined on the screenshots are the ones that do not do anything when pressed.
brian!
I have solved this problem now, but have noticed another. it might be useful to say what the solution was in case someone else later has a similar issue -i'm assuming it was a css issue. I am using HeartInternet as my reseller, and have setup the API's correctly but when a customer logs into WHMCS and views the service there are buttons that dont do anything when pressed, and to access the client panel you have to open in a new tab. i'm not a HI reseller, but my first thought would be to empty templates_c (apart from the index.php file) and/or clear your browser cache.
gigagator
Hello, The problem appears to be where I've added the following to my footer.tpl because the links in the client area wasnt working before, and a guy recommended I added this. <script type="text/javascript" src="templates/FastHosting/js/bootstrap.js"></script> Doing this fixes the links in the client panel, but if i go into a clients services, the links appear to not work there.
