bluesmokellc
One of my clients is complaining that the date she receives an invoice tends to vary between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day of each month. How do I make sure she always receives her invoice on the 1st?
mlew2
How often do you have your cron jobs set for? How long before due date are invoices being sent? I have mine set daily crons and 10 days prior to due date
bluesmokellc
My crons run daily and invoices go out 2 weeks before they're due.
brian!
two thoughts on this - you could either change all next due dates of her products to 14th (or 15th?) of the month and this should generate the invoices on the 1st of the month... the alternative would be to switch to prorata billing and you could then specify which day of the month to send the invoices. http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services but if it's just the one client who has a problem like this, then it's probably easier to do the first option.
