Posted November 19, 2013 Share Posted November 19, 2013 I think what you see is all that you can use. if you wanted to use payment method, then you might have to go down the road of creating client groups, naming them as your payment options and assigning clients to the appropriate group based on their payment method... once you've done that, then you can filter on that in Mass Mail... of course, if a client is already in a client group, then this wouldn't really work! ... or setup a custom field that mirrors Payment Method - as custom fields can be used in mass mail... personally, neither option seems that practical to me! btw - there is already a feature request for this - https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/mass-mail-tool-payment-type-option 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
