DUE Date earlier than Invoice Date??

Hi,

I have a problem with WHMCS in that, I have clients who have products that are billed monthly. However on their invoices the DUE date is coming BEFORE the invoice date.

See the attachment for an example of this.

I have a ticket open (waited far too long for a reply now) AND THE RESPONSE WAS:

What you are experiencing indicates that an invoice was generated manually for a product/service that has a "Next Due Date" in the past. In such cases, the invoice date will reflect a date more recent that the due date. If you are manually invoicing for a product/service with a next due date in the past, you can adjust the next due date before invoicing so that it reflects the desired date

What does this mean? I havent generated anything manually!

This has caused me big problems as I use the kashlow Importer and my accounts are now a mess.

Can any of you shed any light? Why on earth would an invoice be automatically created with a due date in the past??

Thanks

Gary

Gary,

was #28 manually generated? I ask because its out of sync with the others, in fact automated (I assume) payment for it was received a week before the invoice date - shouldn't there have been an invoice auto-generated around 25th August? I'm wondering if this has messed up the billing.

do the logs show anything for that period that indicate why the invoice wasn't generated?
