Support Credit app

Hello all,

Just a question?

Is there a app or addon module that can create packages with credits for support only.

 

Say when the customer pay`s me €12,50 for 60 credits.. the 60 credits goes to the client`s account..when the customer needs help they pay with credits the have..

 

I hope someone can help me..

Thanks for helping out,

Just before i made this post ,i already contacted the developer from this module..

bud the system will not do this..

 

Do you know if there is a module do do this? or some how paid support so i can credit it by the minutes or hour

 

Or a solution for this kind of help/support

I doubt there is such a module to achieve exactly what you want - there is the Project Management addon by WHMCS, but that's $100 and probably does far more than you need - i'm not sure it allows for credits etc.

even if you wanted to use the "Add Funds" option in WHMCS to add a credit balance to the customer's account, I don't think that would work as that balance would also be used to pay invoices.

 

you may need to look at getting someone to write a module to do this.
