Worldpay Futurepay error on masspay

I'm almost certain this is a bug when these two scenarios occur.

1) Customer has existing futurepay agreement

2) Customer attempts to masspay 2 or more invoices using futurepay

He goes through the 'PAY SELECTED' process, and gets to the masspay page listing the invoices he has chosen. On clicking the PAY NOW button he comes to the page with the redirect to the payment gateway chosen.

As it's futurepay, it doesn't go anywhere, and he gets a message telling him that payment will be taken on the due date. BUT, underneath that is a PAY NOW button which more often than not they will press.

When he does, it takes payment on only one of the invoices and not the mass invoices selected.

Is this a bug or can some sort of logic be placed into the masspay page to account for the message that is shown to the customer for futurepay?

P.S. All other futurepay methods of payments with other payment options work as expected (including one off worldpay). It is simply worldpay futurepay payments that cause this issue.

So this was moved from the BUG REPORTS forum by someone I would hope has the absolute knowledge to know definitively it is not a bug. Yet there's no explanation or help given as to what it is or why it definitely isn't a bug?
