vec
did you install all the files in the .12 update? Looks like you missed init.php.. it should be in the WHMCS root

fws_hosting
I'd recommend you open a support ticket with WHMCS as there's only so much help you can get on the forums.
fws_hosting
Hello, Softaculous I've seen will sometimes have issues with installing WHMCS. I've seen this with a lot of our reseller hosting clients installing their own WHMCS. I'd recommend a manual installation and chances are it would go smoother: http://docs.whmcs.com/Installing_WHMCS Might work out a little better. Though always recommend for support, opening a ticket with WHMCS. On the support forums you can only get so much help publicly Hope the response helps you out some.

eCottage
Found the problem - I had put the resellerclub mods widget in the admin folder not the WHMCS root
