Found the problem - I had put the resellerclub mods widget in the admin folder not the WHMCS root

yes i tried clearing my template cache

might need to do an uninstall and reinstall WHMCS at this rate

edit admin roles page is without a frame etc - just text and no buttons

I did a full installation using Softaculous of 4.2.12 and init.php is not missing

Also having problems with https://xxxxxx.com/admin/configadminroles.php?action=edit&id=1 giving me unformated text without a frame and no button to save or update admin roles or edit them

Getting Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getvalidlanguages() in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/init.php on line 25 in trying to go to admin folder index.php I have read all I can about similar problems and run out of options and fixes

I have a similar problem with the comparison order form in handling domain transfers and subdomains, in that the extension defaults to those that I am selling basically. Whereas the domain extension (such as .com) should be blank to enter the TLD extension for transfers and filled with .myhost.com or similiar for subdomains. I hate not being able to use the comparison order form or give up accepting transfers or offering free subdomains to my clients.
