Blank page on ticket reply

Hi,

Getting a blank page when replying to a clients ticket and hitting the "send" button, the reply is sent but you need to revisit the ticket to check this.

When clients send ticket they also get see blank page after hitting send, this leads them to send multiple tickets. "sigh"

Blank page does not occur elsewhere. Tried clearing templates.c and cache etc and disabling addons but no luck. Any suggestions?

Hello,

 

This could suggest a error in one of the email templates assosiated with sending tickets.

 

To confirm turn on PHP errors under setup > general settings > other

 

Repeat the process and it should show a error, paste that error here and turn off PHP errors.

Hi,

It shows the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getdepartments() in /home/dialahos/public_html/modules/admin/sms_notify/functions.php on line 386

Which is odd as sms_notify is disabled.

Which is odd as sms_notify is disabled.

 

I recommend downloading a backup of:

 

/home/blank/public_html/modules/admin/sms_notify/

 

and then delete that directory.
