billyboy
from time to time, an admin will inadvertently type their password into the user field and effectively give all the other admin users their current password via the "WHMCS Admin Failed Login Attempt" email notification message. Can this message be adjusted or turned off and where. I can't seem to find the configuration anywhere inside the Utilities or Setup areas. Appreciate the help if you can provide it, thanks!
Si
Setup > Staff Management > Administrator roles bottom of the page, it lists the emails they receive. Of course, if they don't need to be administrators, you could redefine the permissions for support staff etc. I didn't know that that email sent out the administrators passwords. All I get is a notification of a failed login attempt.

Of course, if they don't need to be administrators, you could redefine the permissions for support staff etc. I didn't know that that email sent out the administrators passwords. All I get is a notification of a failed login attempt. it doesn't display the password per say - just when an operator / end user inadvertently tries to log in with the password as their username. The password is then sent to about 6-8 select administrators. Ideally they wont be tempted with this detail, but security is security. Preferably, we'd like to be able to adjust the message that is sent out all together and remove the actual user / password combo from the message itself alternatively, we can adjust the administrators from receiving the message, unless someone out there can clue me in to how to adjust the verbiage inside the message. Thanks for the reply and suggestion!
