Trust and reliability - Where are they?

I have to say that for the past few years trust has gone out the door. We were promised quite a few things after the last few incidents, yet, as it turns out these were empty promises. Matt/ cPanel, this falls squarely on you, and it's up to you to provide proof that you are a trustworthy and reliable company here:

#1: Multiple serious flaws that have existed since day 1

Were we not supposed to have this code audited multiple times now? Every time something like this comes up, we're told the same thing, yet, not so much.

#2: Refusal to address problems in a timely fashon:

From gateways just being abandoned (by WHMCS) for months on end to search functions being broken, to refusal to backport serious issues properly, you've failed to address the concerns and needs of your customers, in some case just flat out disabling their installs in favor of your 'release' mechanisms that are flawed.

#3: Proper customer care

While this goes hand in hand with #2, it's not the same thing. When a problem is reported, it needs to be addressed, not just brushed under the carpet

Long gone are the days when one could open a ticket and actually expect the problem to be resolved the same day. No, now, it's all about putting off the fix for another time, waiting hours for critical fixes to be released, gouging the customer , forcing them to update simply because you're too lazy to backport your fixes.

If this was a one time incident, I, and plenty of others would be willing to brush it off, but let's face it, it's not, and you know it.... So, the question here remains:

How can we trust you again?

What are you going to do to prove that you're worthy of our business

When will we FINALLY see the security improvements that have been needed in this code, and company, for years?

It's time for serious answers, not pathetic, worthless apologies and promises, because those have been tried, and they have failed.
