The cron reports: No FuturePay ID Found for Client so cannot be processed Yet, his account has a live and active futurepay agreement. And when you go to ATTEMPT CAPTURE manually, it is accepted. TheHostingHeroes Posted October 15, 2013 Share Posted October 15, 2013 HI thats a bug in WHMCS, its fixed in 5.3.1 if running 5.2.8 replace /includes/ccfunctions.php with this one support provided me with this week with the fix and 5.2.8 compatible. ccfunctions.zip once uploaded run attempt capture in whmcs, and it'll try everyone whos due for payment (and overdue) currently it only bills those due today and not ones overdue. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
