LordSimmington
Hi guys, I've recently upgraded to a VPS server and since doing so, WHMCS is unable to set the quota of disk space on any packages. When an order is placed, the bandwidth is set and all other features, but sets Unlimited disk space. Any advise? Thanks!
RFEHosting
I am not sure what control panel you are using but with plesk and cpanel/whm you can use the packages setup on those servers to set the disk space/bandwidth instead of having whmcs set those limits. So like on the product settings on the module setup, you can set the package it should be using. That way the server sets those limits and not whmcs itself.
LordSimmington
Everything is already set. Packages in WHM match those in WHMCS. For example, one package has 4000MB disk space, which is set on the package in WHM and in the module settings in WHMCS, although the account is always created with unlimited disk space. It doesn't make sense!
RFEHosting
Try removing the disk space settings in whmcs and just let the server set it via the module package. Has this never worked, or always done this?
