PHPCore
HI do you have any screen shots of this product? Here you go. http://imgur.com/a/ixTfO These are for 3.0 - which is currently in beta. PHPCore does frequent but small version updates. The screenshots look extremely similar to the stable release though (2.0)

bear
Abuse Case Manager is a tool that allows you to log any allegations of abuse and keep a running discussion via support tickets. How does this improve on or differ from simply having an abuse department in the helpdesk?
PHPCore
How does this improve on or differ from simply having an abuse department in the helpdesk? In our humble opinion it is an improvement by having one location for clickable reports in the admin area, to some there may be no improvement at all but with the module being free, if someone does not like it there is easily nothing lost by trying it.
bear
It was only a question, not a judgment. I wanted to know how this improved on using the desk and a dedicated abuse department, to see if I wanted to consider using it instead. We don't get all that many abuse reports over all.

I know you were not being judgmental, sorry if i came off wrong. I guess its really up to each individual person as to whether they think its an improvement or not.
