Si Posted September 5, 2007 Share Posted September 5, 2007 Hi, It would be good if there was a way to turn the ability to submit support tickets on/off for certain customers. ie, we offer a free hosting plan with 'no support'. If a customer clicked the Submit Ticket link they could see a message similar to: 'Sorry, you need to upgrade to a 'paid' hosting plan to be eligible for 24/7 support. Do that here!' Maybe not a feature for everyone, but it would be useful to us and if anyone has an idea of how to achieve it, we'd love to hear from you. (Willing to pay of course).
