Cron Job Failure with Simultaneous Orders

Hello,

 

Rather unusual bug, however we have a the WHMCS cron running at 11:00AM every day, over the last 4 weeks we have noticed that when a new order is placed simultaneous to when the WHMCS cron is running the cron will fail, it just stops as soon as a new order is placed.

 

Anyone else experienced this?
