hostingclick
HI I have not found the answer to this but i havent looked much. I want to make it so my clients when they submit a support ticket they get an email and i get an email which is normal. When i reply via whmcs they will get an email saying you have an update on the support ticket with my answer. I want to make it so they cant reply to that and they have to go to my web site and login to reply. Basically so all the support ticket histroy is done via the site and not email. At the moment when i reply to a client they reply back and it goes to my email. I want to make ti so they cant reply and they have to go to there client area to reply to the ticket. Is this possible? Thank you Dave
PHPCore
Sure, add to the email templates something along the lines of... "This inbox is not monitored, do not reply to this email. Instead go online to the client center at www.mysupportdesk.com"
SeanP
You need to setup email piping, so when the client replies to the email, it goes back to the support ticket, not to your email. See the documentation for setting up email piping: http://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Piping
